About Me

I am a high school graduate and primarily learned everything I know through hands on experience. I am very dedicated to my craft and have bought many books to continue learning outside of work. If I do not know how to do something, I will research and study the material or reach out to subject matter experts to gain industry insights. I can do anything that I am taught and I can do it well.

I give thanks to all of my wonderful coworkers over the years for teaching me what they know. I also give thanks to my former bosses for taking a chance on me and letting me flex my strengths.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, playing piano, and spending quality time with friends and family. I also enjoy playing video games, learning new concepts in food science, and making my cat happy.
